All shipping is USPS International Priority Mail

International Shipping is $35.00 per item

Please be advised when ordering 2 or more items we

will refund part of the shipping/handling fees after you notify us

you have received your order, must be within 30 days of order,

ALL REFUNDS are via paypal.

We can ship a box that holds 6 to 7 coats for

apx. $85.00 to most Countries, if you can get some

friends together and purchase a larger order you can save

a ton on Shipping & Handling fees.

RETURNS

Items with embroidered names are not returnable.

No refunds on shipping fees for returned items.

Returns accepted for exchange only, no refunds on returned items.

All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

All Bargain Box & Closeout Items are as is no returns.

Purchaser pays all shipping fees, if we ship you the wrong item

we will pay to re-ship the item.

WHEN to EXPECT your SHIPMENT

Turn around time from when we receive your order to when it

will ship varies, most Kool Koats are in stock and ship within

48 hours. International mail allow 10 to 14 days.

We try to keep stock on hand as we sew year round.

Adding a name to the coat adds 24 hours.

The Designer Fabric overlay coats usually ship with in a week

of the order depending on the time of year.

Our products are not mass produced each coat is hand

made by Sandy & Kathy, in our Florida facility.

We try to accommodate all request from our clients.
