All sales are final no returns of special order items, all materials in the on line catalog are special order.

Orders must be paid in full at time of order and can not be canceled once ordered from the manufacture.

Pricing is subject to sales tax and shipping charges, minimum shipping charge from manufacture is $75.00

(applies to all materials)

All purchases must be picked up from our Orlando, FL warehouse.

Local job site delivery curb side is available for an additional fee, unloading is receivers responsibility.

Hardwood and laminate flooring is sold in full cartons, carpet is sold by the square yard.

All warranties are from the product manufactures. Pricing subject to change without notice.
